How to use this
- Group A is not really optional. Those are the foundations. If they are not right, most of the rest underperforms quietly — emails land in spam, texts fail silently, and you never find out why.
- Ticking everything is the wrong answer. A focused build of fifteen things you use daily beats a sprawling one of sixty you abandon. “Not now” is a perfectly good answer to most of this.
- Everything here was checked against the platform's own documentation in September 2026. Where something is newly released, still in beta, or where the documentation contradicts itself, it says so rather than glossing over it.
Must haveYou read it and thought “yes, I want that.” It goes in the first build.
Nice to haveUseful, but not urgent. It goes on a later phase, or we talk it through.
